Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Travelicious Andaman, we understand that plans can change. This cancellation and refund policy outlines how cancellations are handled and when refunds may be issued.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing (via email or contact form) and are subject to the following conditions:

  • Cancellations made more than 15 days prior to the booking date will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made between 7 to 14 days prior to the booking date will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the booking date are non-refundable.
  • Failure to arrive on the scheduled date will be considered a no-show and will not be eligible for a refund.

Refund Policy

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as follows:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days after receiving the cancellation request.
  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used during the booking.
  • Service charges or bank fees, if applicable, will be deducted from the refund amount.

Non-Refundable Situations

No refunds will be issued in the following situations:

  • Late cancellations as described above.
  • No-shows or failure to arrive on the scheduled date.
  • Cancellation due to failure to meet travel documentation requirements (e.g., passport or visa issues).

Exceptional Circumstances

In cases of extreme circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions), we will consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Proof of such circumstances may be required.
